Final homage:- Walter Sam (Poem)

I tasted the bitter part of honey,
When death caught me unclad,
He ascended mute and sad,
Through woods and dale tossed away on journey.
Dim beams in sunny day,
Man returns to dust as water to soil,
Ding-dong it tolls for early day coil,
He swayed into the wind away and away.
Heaven rends in the parture of knight,
Whose sword’s lain at his creators feet,
Decked in glittering apparel and rejoicing on sacred street,
Swaying so high out of sight.
Hope animate words could exhume you,
Or my mortal pen shall weep more?
How close I’ve never imagined in decades of yore,
But my mind still bear pictures of you!..
