Ige Oluwatobiloba Joshua popularly known as Jpraise is a native of Ekiti state but base in Lagos and  a graduate of Microbiology at Federal polytechnic Ede, Osun state.
Jpraise is an energetic praise leader who has been amazing due to his unique style of  singing. He told one of our correspondent during an exclusive interview session how radical he could be when praising God.

Tell us about your musical career history
I apparently started music when I was young at age 12 and it was awful because lots of people made mockery of me while few saw greatness in me and encouraged me to move on, which I did relentlessly. When I gained admission to school I started with playing of piano which I did play for many years along side singing.
I did rehearsals vigorously for 2years and I went for project fame I was about entering d academy before I was screened out but I had alot of experiences and the likes.
I have shared stage with the concertlikes of cohbams,Bola are,Yetunde Are,Big Bolaji,Adetoun,Kenny blaq just to mention a few.
At that tender age, what did you see in music that makes you venture into it?
I saw my gift and talent channeled to that direction. I saw that the world awaits for my manifestation, And I saw a drive to sing and it really gave me super satisfaction even if I don’t eat,its something dat gives me joy when I do it.
Wow!!!  What other things are you into aside from music?
I have a small farm and I make shoes.

I am a radical praiser.I praise him with all my strength, prowess and divine abilities.

But at times when I go for programs and I had to treck back home when no money was paid,and I still see it as a challenge or things to face to get to stardom,and it still make me stronger.
As a gospel artist what are the challenging moment of your career?
At times my team members gives me excuses for not going to a particular program and rehearsals and arrangements have been done. It’s really frustrating. But at the end of it all God is always glorified. As one who is pushing oneself alone financial constrain is also part of it. To produce songs, Online promo and so on.
Talking about programs. Have you gone to minister in any other country apart from Nigeria?
Yes Just one country for now. Benin Republic but Ghana, USA and France is on the way for now if Jesus Tarry.

There are a lot of young artists looking up to you, what advice do you have for them ?
I advice them to put God first proverbs 3:6,Matt 6:33……
They should keep believing, with dedication, focus ,determination, diligence and adequate rehearsals they will get there. And they should not cut corners,they should also be patient and work hard with all these things with prayers success is not far fetched.
